Level 2 Certificate in Supervising Staff Safely

The level 2 Certificate in Supervising Staff Safely is an entirely new, nationally recognised qualification which provides supervisors, team leaders, department heads and junior managers with the practical knowledge and understanding necessary to their role in promoting health and safety in the workplace.

Description

QSP offers this level 2 award which is accredited by the British Safety Council. The course consists of 4 elements:

Element A Management Systems

Element B Hazards and Risks

Element C Monitoring

Element D Legal Requirements

Method of Delivery

The course can be delivered on site at companies' premises or at a venue near to your company. The syllabus can be delivered as a 2 or 3 day course. Delegates complete a set of workplace-based tasks and submit these electronically in a template provided by BSC Council. The file is then forwarded to an independent health and safety practitioner for external marking.

Recognition

Delegates receive a Level 2 Certificate in Supervising Staff Safely on achieving the requirements of independently set workplace-based tasks.
